        SanBlas is the name of our glorious mansion in Spain, valued at over £1.5 million - and guess what?

        The self catering units were opened for business on July 5th 2008 and there is a FULLY automated website www.cortijo-san-blas.com to take all bookings and online credit card payments. After one month of advertising all units were Virtually FULLY BOOKED until the end of the summer 2008, with enquiries and bookings still coming in for off peak season.

        Sold with bookings for this year and 2009 that must be honored by the new owner.

        Located just 12 minutes drive from Velez Rubio. 10 minutes from Chirivel. Nearest neighbors are nearly 1km away. There is a bus stop 2km from the house (school buses etc). Beaches are 50 minutes by car. The Granada - Puerto Lumbreras motorway is 10 minutes drive. Almeria airport is 1 hour. Alicante airport is 90 minutes. Murcia airport is 55 minutes. New Airport at Corvera opening 2009 is 45 minutes. Velez Rubio golf course complex is due for completion 2012. This will be 5 minutes drive.

        All contents, stock, fixtures and fittings in the self contained guest unit's and pool bar/summer kitchen are included in the sale. The main house comes part furnished.

        BILLS and PROPERTY TAX etc
        There are 2 property taxes, one on value and the other on land and it totals around 300/400 euros a year for the both ..... it is very low in spain! Water is normally 40 euros a month for us and this is a big property! Electricity ranges from 250 euros to 500 euros and this is billed every 2 months but depends upon time of year and how many people are renting the apartments.

        There is also a certificate to obtain so a foreigner can own a property in spain....... we will get this for you also!
